Mondaveroz Educación Financiera S.R.L. (hereinafter, «Mondaveroz», «we») considers the protection of personal data an essential commitment. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit mondaveroz.com, why we use it and how you can exercise your rights under Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and additional regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
We collect information you provide directly (name, email and contact form message), browsing data generated automatically (truncated IP address, device type, operating system, browser language, pages visited) and, only if you give consent, advertising identifiers supplied by Google through Consent Mode v2.
3. Purposes of the processing
We use the data to respond to your enquiries, improve the editorial quality of the site, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and, with your consent, measure audience and show advertising related to financial education. We never sell personal information and we do not perform profiling with significant legal effects on users.
4. Legal bases
We process your data based on your express consent for cookies and advertising campaigns, the performance of the relationship you request (responding to forms), and the legitimate interest of keeping the site secure and functional.
5. Recipients and transfers
We share strictly necessary information with technology providers acting as data processors (web hosting in Argentine territory, measurement tools and, if consent is given, Google Ads). International transfers are made to countries with an adequate level of protection or under contractual clauses compliant with article 12 of Law 25,326.
6. Retention periods
Form messages are kept for up to 24 months for editorial follow-up purposes. Technical logs are stored for a maximum of 12 months. Cookie preferences are saved on your device until you modify or delete them.
7. User rights
You may exercise at any moment the rights of access, rectification, update, suppression and opposition over your personal data by writing to privacidad@mondaveroz.com. The AAIP, with offices at Av. Pte. Gral. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA, is the supervisory authority and can receive claims.
8. Minors
The site is aimed at people over 16 years old. If we detect data from minors provided without the consent of legal representatives, we proceed to immediate deletion.
9. Changes to the policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or editorial changes. We will publish the date of the latest revision at the beginning of the document. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
