Cookie Policy
Last updated: 4 February 2026
This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on mondaveroz.com, including the implementation of Google Consent Mode v2 in accordance with the regulatory requirements in force in 2026.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow remembering preferences, measuring site usage and, in some cases, showing related advertising.
2. Categories of cookies used
We use four categories: necessary (always active for proper operation), functional (remembering your language and preferences), analytics (aggregated statistics) and advertising (campaigns and measurement with Google Ads). Functional and security cookies are considered essential; the rest require your explicit consent.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 to ensure regulatory compliance and respect your choices. By default, the signals ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage and personalization_storage are denied. They are only updated to «granted» if you give consent through the banner. We also activate ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough to minimise the information shared without consent.
4. Third-party services
When you accept advertising cookies we load the Google tag (AW-18064110603) which may set Google cookies for measurement and advertising purposes. The Google privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
5. How to manage your preferences
You can modify your decision at any time from the «Manage cookies» link available in the footer or through your browser settings. If you delete cookies for mondaveroz.com, the banner will appear again on your next visit.
6. Retention
The consent preference is stored for 12 months on your device. After that period it will be requested again.
7. Contact
For enquiries about the use of cookies you can write to privacidad@mondaveroz.com.
